**I have worked with 5 different first responders to help me design a beautiful, safe, and efficient way to display the important information for you, in case of an emergency. If you have specific request as to how you want the words placed, please leave that in the notes as well. If not, I will arrange them the way I have been advised to by the Medical Professional, that helped me design this which may not be centered depending on the information you are requesting to be added.
