All orders are handmade at the time the order is placed. We take great pride in the quality of our items and take the time to make sure they are perfect when they leave us. Each item is handmade in it's own unique way, therefore production time varies between 2-10 days. Please allow us the time to make your item perfect for you! We will send you an email when your item ships with your tracking number so you can watch out for it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. I try to keep my shipping fees as low as I can for you! The USPS has recently more than doubled the cost for us to ship to another county. Your items are not a Gift, you are paying for Goods, we will select Merchandise and also add the amount you paid for your item/s. **Your country may charge you some form of Duty Fees or Taxes. I cannot refund you for this amount, as I do not charge you for it or get any money from it. Thank you for understanding.
LOST PACKAGES. I am not responsible for lost packages if they are coded Delivered via the USPS tracking delivery confirmation number that is provided to you once your item(s) ship. I will add Insurance to ALL orders over $100. I am happy to offer insurance through USPS at the customer's expense, for orders under $100, please contact me before purchasing if you'd like to add insurance to your package. Please note, the USPS has stated the Insurance will only cover damaged or missing packages, not packages that are coded Delivered and did not arrive. If for some reason your package is coded Delivered, but you have not received it, immediately call the USPS and file a claim. Please also check with your neighbors. I will do what I can to help, however this I am NOT responsible for these packages.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES. We stand behind our products 100%, however we reserve the right to grant exchanges and refunds solely at our discretion due to the Personalized Nature of our Products. After a period of 30 days, from time the item was received, no Exchange or refund will be awarded to the customer. There will be No returns or refunds on personalized items. Exchanges or Store credit will be given if the item is damaged upon arrival or a mistake was made on our part. The item must be sent back to Sweet Aspen Jewels before any credit/exchange will be given. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their jewelry from Sweet Aspen Jewels clean and protected. Please note, there will be slight variations from what you see in the photos to what will arrive as your order. Hand Stamping is a very unique art form, and it is impossible to duplicate exact replicas. If your item is not personalized, you may request a refund within 2 days of receiving your item, if you are not satisfied with your item. You are required to send the item back to Sweet Aspen Jewels before any full or partial refund will be issued. The item must be returned to Sweet Aspen Jewels in the condition it was when you first received it.
