$ 29.00
"You left my arms, but never my heart" is Hand Stamped onto this Beautiful Necklace. The necklace comes with a pink and blue SIDS Awareness Ribbon and an Angel Wing charm.
You can change the phrase on the top pendant if you like. Please contact us first so we can make sure it will fit. We also have different Awareness Ribbons, if you are supporting a loved one fighting a different battle. You can leave the color for the Awareness Ribbon you would like in the notes as well and we will swap them out.
This is stamped with two dates and the name of the loved one in between, but you can add up to 3 names/dates along the edge of the Silver pendant instead. Please leave the details for what you want on the bottom pendant in the "Notes" section in your CART page.
Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), is the sudden unexplained death of a child less than one year old. These deaths remain unexplained even after an autopsy and detailed death scene investigation. SIDS make up about 80% of sudden and unexpected infant deaths (SUIDs) and the exact cause of this is unknown. As a result of the efforts by the American SIDS Institute and other organizations, the sudden infant death rate is at an all-time low. However there are still about 4,000 sleep-related infant deaths that occur each year in the US. For more information, or to donate to help raise awareness and fund research, visit www.sids.org.
